The Instructor

 Mike Dennis is the featured instructor for this 8 week course. Dennis is widely regarded as one of the industry’s premier instructors. He became Ohio’s youngest real estate professor ever at the age of 23 and has taught collegiate real estate courses since 1993 at Bowling Green State University, Lorain County Community College and Cuyahoga Community College. He is known for his empowering and entertaining lectures and his ability to connect with all walks of life.

Dennis also has worked as a real estate television and radio talk show host at WDLW and as a trainer for several Ohio real estate investing clubs. He has consulted and advised for some of the industry’s most successful businesses. Dennis is a 30 year self-made and self-taught real estate investor, trainer and consultant. He earned his MBA from the University of Toledo.Mike has trained thousands of the most successful people  in the industry including the Housing Court Judge himself; The Honorable Ronald J. H. O'Leary.
